Philippine Law Compliance

Scope & Application
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal information collected, processed, stored, and used by wsjl ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") in connection with the operation of the online gaming platform accessible at wsjl.cam and any related digital services, applications, tools, promotional communications, and customer support interactions.

All service providers are required to process personal data only for the specified purpose, to maintain appropriate security measures, and to comply with applicable data privacy laws.
6.2 Game Providers
Third-party game providers whose games are accessible through wsjl may receive limited technical session data (such as a session token and bet/result data) necessary to run game rounds. These providers do not receive your full identity data, payment details, or contact information. Game providers operating on the wsjl platform are subject to contractual data processing restrictions.
6.3 Regulatory Authorities
wsjl may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government agencies when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive. wsjl will notify you of such disclosure to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving wsjl, player personal data may be transferred to a successor entity as part of that transaction. In such an event, wsjl will notify affected players and ensure that the successor entity provides equivalent data protection standards before the transfer is completed.
Data Retention
wsjl retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to protect wsjl's legitimate legal interests.
The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
- Account and identity data (KYC documents): Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML regulatory requirements
- Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, in compliance with RA 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments
- Game session history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and audit purposes
- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction
- Technical log data (IP, session logs): Retained for twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes
- Marketing preference records: Retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following account closure
Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual. Anonymized aggregate data (e.g., aggregate game play statistics from which no individual can be identified) may be retained for longer periods for analytics purposes.

Right to Complain

wsjl will respond to all verifiable data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases where a thirty-day response is not achievable, wsjl will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated resolution timeline. Identity verification may be required before wsjl fulfills a data access or erasure request, to protect your data from unauthorized disclosure.
Children & Minors
The wsjl platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. wsjl does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration by any individual below 21 years of age is prohibited, and any account discovered to have been created by a minor will be immediately closed and all personal data associated with it deleted to the extent permitted by applicable legal obligations.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls and monitoring software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered on wsjl, please contact our support team immediately using the contact details in Section 14, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
wsjl's primary operations and player data are hosted within or through data centers with standards consistent with Philippine data privacy requirements. Certain service providers engaged by wsjl — including some game providers, security vendors, and technical infrastructure partners — may process data outside the Philippines. Policy Updates
wsjl reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email notification to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the wsjl platform, with not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever changes are made.
