Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and wsjl ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wsjl.cam. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wsjl platform — including its games, promotions, customer support services, and related digital tools — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wsjl platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of wsjl following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming activities on wsjl is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and enforced by wsjl through mandatory identity verification (KYC). By registering a wsjl account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended without notice, and any balance held in that account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The wsjl platform is operated for players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of wsjl complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. wsjl makes no representation that its services are legal or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a wsjl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart)
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years old
• A password meeting wsjl's minimum security requirements

You agree to maintain the accuracy of all registration information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player may maintain only one (1) active wsjl account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. wsjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances held therein, including any pending bonus funds or pending withdrawals, upon detection of multiple account registration. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact wsjl support immediately to resolve the situation.

2.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, wsjl requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). Accepted Philippine government-issued documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. You may also be required to submit a selfie photograph for facial matching purposes. wsjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wsjl account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your wsjl account — whether or not authorized by you — are your responsibility.

wsjl will never ask you to share your password or OTP codes via email, SMS, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from wsjl, it is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify wsjl support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or if you have lost access to the mobile number or email address registered to your account. wsjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized access pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wsjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-native payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All payment accounts used for transactions on wsjl must be registered in your own name, matching the name on your wsjl account. Third-party payment methods are prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed on the withdrawal screen at the time of processing. wsjl reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits with reasonable prior notice to players.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your wsjl balance within seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically credited within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed by wsjl within 30 minutes on average for GCash and Maya channels. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes during banking hours. These timelines are targets and may vary during high-volume periods or due to third-party banking delays outside wsjl's control.

4.4 Transaction Fees

wsjl does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or UnionBank. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network gas fees, which are disclosed prior to confirmation. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond wsjl's control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

wsjl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations. wsjl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any transaction, to delay or refuse transactions that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering or other illegal activity, and to file reports with the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Players who are politically exposed persons (PEPs) or related to such persons are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

wsjl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your wsjl account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Specific game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary and are published in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wsjl reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that hedge or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from your wsjl account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on wsjl are provided by third-party game suppliers certified by internationally recognized independent testing laboratories including GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) and BMM Testlabs. Random number generators (RNGs) used in slot and non-live-dealer games are certified for fairness and statistical integrity. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time with results determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) visible via live video stream.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will deviate from these averages, and RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit for any individual player in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, power failure, or software error — wsjl will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the round in accordance with its standard malfunction policy. wsjl's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wsjl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple wsjl accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game where collusion affects outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to wsjl support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other players
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or extracting any part of the wsjl platform's software or content

wsjl monitors all accounts and gameplay for suspicious activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and all associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. wsjl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in connection with any investigation of illegal activity.

Responsible Gaming

wsjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players at no cost from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PHP. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wsjl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages during gaming sessions displaying your session duration and net win/loss figures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wsjl platform — including but not limited to the wsjl brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of wsjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wsjl platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-license, or create derivative works based on any part of the wsjl platform without prior written consent from wsjl.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wsjl's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your wsjl account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wsjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside wsjl's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform, provided such outcome was determined by a correctly functioning certified game system
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any tax liabilities that may arise from your gambling winnings under Philippine law

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by wsjl's negligence.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by wsjl

wsjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, court order or regulatory directive, or where wsjl determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to wsjl, its players, or the integrity of its operations.

11.2 Balance Upon Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation of a suspected Terms breach or illegal activity, the balance in that account will be held by wsjl until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, wsjl may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable terms. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately earned balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your wsjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to Terms

wsjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the wsjl platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice due to regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Your continued use of the wsjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the wsjl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your wsjl account, or any game outcome, you should first contact wsjl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wsjl will endeavor to respond to and resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. If the dispute relates to the conduct or outcome of a licensed game, it may also be referred to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution procedures.
